What is the riding range on a full charge, and how long does it take to charge?


On a single charge, the Kenotu K10 offers a pedal-assist range of up to 60 km (depending on terrain, rider weight, and assist level). A full charge from empty takes approximately 4-5 hours using our standard safe charger.

Can I ride it in the rain? What is the waterproof rating?

Absolutely. The Kenotu K10 is engineered for daily urban commuting and comes with an IPX5 waterproof rating for its key electrical components (motor, battery, and display). It can easily handle riding in rainy weather and road splashes, though submersion or high-pressure washing should be avoided.

Does the bike arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, the Kenotu K10 arrives 95% pre-assembled. All you need to do is unbox, unfold the frame, and attach the pedals with the included toolkit. You’ll be ready to ride within minutes, no advanced mechanical skills required.

What are the rider height and weight limits for the Kenotu K10?

Designed for urban flexibility, the adjustable saddle and handlebar accommodate riders from 155 cm to 190 cm in height. The high-strength frame supports a maximum weight capacity of up to 150 kg (330 lbs).
